THE WORLD ELEPHANT POLO CHAMPIONSHIP

Dec - exact dates TBA

Crazy as it sounds, this annual invitation only event is in its 27th. year and draws dignitaries, movie stars, celebrities, corporate teams, world's Premier Polo players and of course members of the media from all over the world. Tournament activities are held in the early cool of the mornings to prevent our hefty steeds from heating up. Afternoons are scheduled for a variety of wildlife game-viewing activities by canoe, jeep or elephant back in one of the sub-continents best national parks; Evenings we party at the luxury Wildlife lodge with everyone. Trophies in several categories are awarded by the Royal Family!
No experience is necessary or expected! Held in the serenity of the Himalayas, this truly once-in-lifetime experience is possible only with us. Use of trained elephant and mahout (elephant handler), polo mallets(custom made), Team Shirt, River Rafting, Pony rides, Buffalo cart rambles, private home visits to remote tribal villages, authentic dance, drama, music and fine cuisines are all included.

ELEPHANT BACK SAFARIS IN AFRICA

It's not the kind of trip you'll take every day -- into the bush on an elephant!
V.J.'s Exotic Safaris, always one step ahead of the herd, proudly offers a 'first' in Africa -- safaris on the back of Elephants!!
In Africa, these unique safaris that take you to the heart of Botswana's magical Okavango Delta, where one can ride or walk with a small herd of these trained gentle giants. Imagine wandering at elephant pace through the grasslands, rivers, jungles, along game trails used only by animals before you. Approach game up and close where no land-rover could ever take you. Carefully timed to coincide with optimal game-viewing conditions our Pak-E-Derm Expedition take you from the Taj to the foothills
of the Himalayas and many places remote, wild, ancient and untouristed in between!
We provide the elephants and handlers for you to have a ball on these fun packed, backroad safaris available to world travelling 'elephant riders' exclusively through V.J's Exotic Safaris.
